FloralNest is a Creative Building Studio offering building sets, magnetic construction products, miniature models, DIY assembly projects, collectible creations, and related merchandise. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FloralNest.store and purchases made through our online store. Creative Building Products
Our products may include magnetic blocks, micro building blocks, miniature models, character-inspired creations, animal models, seasonal builds, mechanical models, decorative construction sets, and other DIY products.
Descriptions such as “creative,” “STEM,” “educational,” “relaxing,” “problem-solving,” or similar expressions generally describe the intended recreational characteristics of products and do not guarantee specific educational, developmental, psychological, medical, or therapeutic outcomes unless expressly stated and supported.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, quantities, recommended ages, colors, and other information accurately. Nevertheless, minor differences can occur because of screen displays, photography, manufacturing tolerances, production batches, packaging revisions, measurement methods, or supplier updates.

Safety
Building products frequently contain small parts. Such components may present a choking hazard and must be kept away from children below the appropriate age and anyone likely to place small objects in their mouth.

Prices
Product prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect a completed order. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other amounts will be handled as displayed at checkout or otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors where legally permitted.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be subject to inventory availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, address verification, and other reasonable checks.
Where legally permitted, FloralNest may cancel or refuse an order because of inventory problems, payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and other details reasonably required to process the transaction.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing checkout.
Payment
Payments may be processed using payment services integrated with our Shopify storefront. Payment providers may maintain their own terms, security measures, and privacy practices. FloralNest does not require customers to send complete card information through customer support email.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original FloralNest branding, website copy, graphics, design elements, photographs owned by us, layout, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not commercially reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish, or exploit protected FloralNest content without appropriate authorization.
Third-party names, trademarks, characters, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Our website may rely on Shopify and other third parties for e-commerce infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, shipping, fulfillment, communication, and other services. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Promotions
Discount codes, promotional campaigns, gifts, bundles, or special offers may have separate eligibility requirements. Promotions may have expiration dates and cannot necessarily be combined unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy published on FloralNest.store. Delivery periods are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
